Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ERIE VETERINARY HOSPITAL PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication and Training
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and external partners.
    • Provide training and support to staff members as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
