Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Operations: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate and prioritize tasks, delegate work to support staff, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Supervision: Supervise and mentor 5-10 team members to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to perform their duties.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, and other software applications.
  • Transportation and Travel: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and reliable.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
