About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ERIE VETERINARY HOSPITAL PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Office Management: Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
