Job Summary:

The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, supervising a team of 5-10 people.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and reliable.
