Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to manage and streamline our administrative operations at S R PETROLEUM INC. This role is crucial in ensuring that our office functions efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Completion of post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years in a similar role is required.
  • Work Environment: This position is based in an urban setting.
  • Administrative Duties: Evaluate and enhance existing administrative processes.
  • Assign tasks to office support personnel.
  • Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and timelines.
  • Oversee daily administrative functions of the office.
  • Implement policies regarding the management of records in compliance with privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist in preparing the operational budget and maintain inventory controls.
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative tasks.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 staff members.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in electronic mail and MS Office Suite (including MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word).
Transportation Information
