Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Direct to Consumer Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving hospitality efforts, supporting customer service, and fulfilling e-commerce and wine club operations for our Eastern direct to consumer business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage DTC email inboxes and phone line, providing exceptional customer service and resolving consumer issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with planning and executing wine club and direct to consumer events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.
  • Support the printing and distribution of marketing materials, wine club membership cards, and package inserts, maintaining up-to-date consumer touchpoints at our wineries.
  • Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce orders and wine club shipments for the Eastern DTC websites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

Our budgeted range for this position is $46,090 - $59,646, taking into account factors such as experience, education, and qualifications. Base pay is just one component of our total rewards offering, which includes training, development, and opportunities for growth and advancement.
