This exciting opportunity is for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our East direct to consumer and wine club businesses. You'll be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch service to our wine club and e-commerce consumers.

  • Manage customer interactions and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with planning and executing wine club and direct to consumer events.
  • Support administrative duties, including printing marketing materials and updating consumer touchpoints.
  • Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce orders and wine club shipments for the Eastern DTC websites.

What We're Looking For

  • Post-secondary education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

COMPENSATION: Budgeted Range – $46,090 - $59,646

The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions, including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
