As a Hospitality Associate, you will provide memorable and engaging experiences for our guests, showcasing our wines with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:
  • Host wine tastings and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operate the point of sale system and process orders and payments efficiently.
  • Perform daily operational tasks, including maintaining a tidy and inviting retail store environment.
  • Assist in preparing for private group tastings and winery events.
  • Pack wine club and customer orders for shipment with care and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail sales and/or hospitality experience is essential.
  • Smart Serve certification is required to serve alcohol.
  • Weekend availability is necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
  • A genuine passion and knowledge about wine.
