Position Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business prospects, cultivating client relationships, and driving growth through strategic alliances. A strong background in sales and business development, coupled with exceptional communication skills and a strategic mindset, is essential. You will be tasked with crafting and executing strategies aimed at enhancing revenue and expanding market presence.

  6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to devise and implement effective business development strategies.
  7. Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to potential clients.
  8. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of business development efforts, utilizing data to refine strategies.
  9. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and expand professional connections.
  10. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding potential growth avenues and market trends.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  2. A minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  3. Demonstrated experience in technology sales and business development, particularly in driving growth within the tech sector.
  4. Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  5. Extensive familiarity with the North American market, including a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.
  6. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  7. Strategic thinker with the capability to identify new business opportunities.
  8. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  9. Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
  10. Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
  11. Willingness to travel as necessary.
