Business Systems Analyst Job Description

Strategic Risk Solutions Inc. (SRS), a leading insurance company manager, is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to support and improve business processes in systems throughout the firm.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain custom Excel models and report designs within SRS's General Ledger system, Infor SunSystems.
  • Support and improve SRS's use of Microsoft Power Platform, including SharePoint, Lists, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Migrate client accounts and provide system support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with IT staff to resolve technical issues and identify system performance issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience with Visual Basic or other programming language.
  • Ability to build financial models in Excel and prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  • Excellent technical skills, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, and communication and interpersonal skills.
