Business Systems Analyst Job Description

Strategic Risk Solutions Inc. (SRS), a leading insurance company manager, is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to support and improve business processes in systems throughout the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain custom Excel models and report designs within SRS's General Ledger system, Infor SunSystems.
  • Support and improve SRS's use of Microsoft Power Platform, including SharePoint, Lists, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with IT staff to resolve technical issues and identify system performance issues.
  • Provide system support to end-users and develop Power Automate flows to streamline repetitive tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience with Visual Basic or other programming language.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and ability to build financial models in Excel.
  • Excellent technical skills, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
