We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at 2073626 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, taking into account their specific needs and requirements.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and take steps to address any issues or concerns.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring that all surfaces and equipment are clean and sanitized.
As a Culinary Professional with our company, you will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and physical stamina are essential. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Setting: This role is based in a restaurant environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have attention to detail, and be physically demanding.
- Personal Suitability: You must be a team player, have initiative, and be organized and reliable.
