About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Red Deer OJs Ltd. o/a Original Joe's Red Deer. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.

Culinary Operations

Oversee the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.

Staff Training and Development

Train and mentor kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional results.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and that all equipment is in good working order.

Health and Safety

Requirements

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience
