About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Culinary Professional to join our team at Golden West SM Ltd. O/A State & Main Golden West Red Deer. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers.

Chef Supervision

Lead and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.

Kitchen Operations Management

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including inventory management, food safety, and sanitation.

Customer Service

Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their dietary needs are met.

Team Management

Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
