We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at WOW Store Red Deer. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food service experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Team Leadership: Manage kitchen operations and lead a team of culinary professionals to achieve exceptional results.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to handle heavy loads, physically demanding work, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, client focus, and team player attitude.
