ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guide customers to the appropriate department or personnel, ensuring they are introduced to the right Product/Service Advisor.
  • Respond to basic customer inquiries and refer more complex questions to the relevant personnel.
  • Manage telephone communications in a professional and friendly manner, minimizing hold times.
  • Take detailed messages, including the caller's name, company (if applicable), time, and reason for the call, ensuring accurate delivery to the intended recipient.
  • Perform clerical and accounting tasks as assigned by management.
  • Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
  • Stay informed about procedural changes across dealerships.
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and report any incidents to a Manager/Supervisor immediately.
  • Be prepared to undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
