ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guide customers to the appropriate department or personnel, ensuring they are introduced to the relevant Product/Service Advisor.
  • Address basic customer inquiries and refer more complex questions to the appropriate individual.
  • Manage telephone communications professionally and efficiently, minimizing hold times.
  • Take detailed messages, capturing the caller's name, company (if applicable), time, and reason for the call, ensuring accurate delivery to the intended recipient.
  • Perform clerical and accounting tasks as directed by management.
  • Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
  • Stay informed about procedural changes across the dealership.
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and promptly report any incidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
  • Be prepared to undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
