About the Role
The Desk Services Team Lead - Operations Manager will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day operations of the front desk and services to students, guests, and the campus community. This role will provide comprehensive customer service, participate in the preparation and evaluation of training materials, train new staff and monitor progress. The successful candidate will respond to diverse and complex inquiries from prospective residents, guests, and others, and support the supervisor in ensuring client reports are run to ensure smooth daily office functioning and daily reconciliation of accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage front desk operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, guests, and the campus community.
- Participate in the development and evaluation of training materials to ensure staff are equipped to provide high-quality service.
- Train and mentor new staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about best practices in the housing and residence life field.
- Support the supervisor in ensuring client reports are run to ensure smooth daily office functioning and daily reconciliation of accounts.
- Respond to diverse and complex inquiries from prospective residents, guests, and others.
