Front Office Operations Manager

The Front Office Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring exceptional guest experiences at ALL STARS MOTOR INN.
Key Responsibilities- Policy Development: Formulate and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise front office personnel.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance assessments for team members.
- Supplier Negotiation: Engage with suppliers to secure necessary materials and services.
- Training Coordination: Organize and lead training sessions for staff.
- Client Relations: Negotiate terms with clients regarding facility usage.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle front desk responsibilities efficiently.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring income and expenditures.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing initiatives.
- Maintenance Management: Oversee maintenance tasks and ensure facility upkeep.
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns.
- Special Assistance: Provide support to clients and guests with unique needs.
- Business Planning: Create and implement strategic business plans.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
- Event Coordination: Plan and manage events hosted at the facility.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels.
- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to less than 5 years in a similar role.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
