Administrative Assistant Job Description

At 1439455 Ontario Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and management.

Responsibilities:

* Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
* Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
* Schedule and confirm appointments
* Answer telephone calls and relay messages
* Answer electronic inquiries
* Compile data, statistics, and other information
* Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
* Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
* Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
* Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
* Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs

Requirements:

* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* Experience an asset

Work Environment:

* 37.5 hours per week
* Work Language: English
