We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at JK Contracting and Consulting Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Office Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Supervision: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, supervising 1 to 2 people.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, reliability, ability to multitask, adaptability, and team player.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently.
- Free Parking: Free parking available.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
