Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Interprovincial Corrosion Control Company Limited. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Perform data entry and other administrative duties as required
- Communication and Correspondence
- Respond to incoming correspondence and inquiries
- Prepare and send outgoing correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Special Projects
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as required
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures
- Education and Experience
- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business administration, office administration)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
This is a permanent, full-time position. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
