Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, including managing staff, maintaining quality control, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and Supervise Staff: Oversee the daily activities of our bakery staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the bakery, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
