Bakery Operations Manager

We are a reputable bakery that prides itself on producing high-quality baked goods for our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and taste.
Key Responsibilities- Recipe Development and Execution
Develop and implement new recipes for our baked goods, ensuring that they are innovative, delicious, and meet our quality standards.
Team ManagementSupervise and train our team of bakers and pastry chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Inventory ManagementOversee the inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
Quality ControlConduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our products meet our high standards.
Customer ServiceProvide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
Work SettingBakery, large volume bakery, or café
TasksPrepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
Security and SafetyBasic security clearance
Transportation/Travel InformationPublic transportation is available
