About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Development and Execution

Develop and implement new recipes and menu items, ensuring that they meet our high standards of taste, texture, and presentation.

Staff Supervision and Training

Supervise and train our bakery staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to produce high-quality products.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our production demands.

Quality Control

Inspect our products and kitchen areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field, or equivalent experience.

Skills

Accurate, dependable, reliable, and a team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
