Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a bakery or related industry, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team; excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
