Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that our products are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of baking personnel and kitchen staff
  • Prepare and bake a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
  • Draw up production schedules and manage inventory

Requirements
