Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business prospects, cultivating client relationships, and driving growth through strategic alliances. A strong background in sales and business development, coupled with exceptional communication skills and a strategic approach, is essential. You will be tasked with formulating and executing strategies aimed at boosting revenue and expanding market presence.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to devise and implement effective business development strategies.
- Prepare and present compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to potential clients.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts, utilizing data to refine strategies.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and expand professional connections.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding potential growth avenues and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in technology sales and business development, particularly in driving growth within the tech sector.
- A proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
- Extensive familiarity with the North American market, including a solid understanding of market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the capacity to identify new business opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting market data and trends.
- Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business development tools.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
