Position Overview:
  • The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive Help-Desk and Support Services related to computer systems and user technology.
  • Possessing a solid understanding of the server/workstation architecture, they are well-versed in the software and hardware employed by the organization, offering valuable expertise.
  • This role serves as a key resource for all staff regarding their computing requirements.
  • They are approachable and ready to assist in troubleshooting various computer-related issues faced by employees.
  • With strong communication skills and a patient demeanor, they effectively support employees dealing with hardware and software challenges.
  • Additionally, they contribute to enhancing employees' technical abilities whenever feasible.
  • The Technical Support Specialist also collaborates with the Systems Administrator in maintaining and supporting the organization's computer systems and related operations.
  • They may further engage in upcoming IT initiatives and daily responsibilities as needed.
