About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at INI POS Solutions. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to clients experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and other technical issues.
  • Research and Troubleshooting: Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to technical problems.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use our software and systems effectively.
  • System Maintenance: Participate in the maintenance and redesign of our applications and software to ensure they meet the needs of our clients.
  • Network and Internet Support: Provide support to clients on network and internet-related issues.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: Experience in a technical support role is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
