About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at INI POS Solutions. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide timely assistance to resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on how to use software applications and systems, and participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience.
  • Business Systems Support: Provide support for business systems, network, and Internet connectivity to users, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a technical support role is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
