About the Role

Xorosoft is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our users, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, often requiring in-depth research and troubleshooting.
  • User Training: Provide training and guidance to users on how to use our products and services, ensuring they are able to get the most out of their experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and solutions, ensuring that this information is available for future reference.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in the ongoing development and improvement of our technical support processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
