Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at Osmow's Shawarma Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team. Your leadership will ensure that our food quality and service standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Training: Educate team members on their job responsibilities, including sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service adhere to our quality control standards.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on operational performance.
  • Order Preparation: Compile food order summaries for the chef to streamline kitchen operations.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of the restaurant's culinary offerings.
  • Tray Assembly Supervision: Oversee the assembly of food trays to ensure accuracy and presentation.
  • Delivery Coordination: Supervise the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for kitchen staff.
