Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Trishiv Food Limited. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of our food service department.

Supervise and Train Staff

Supervise and train our food service staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Manage our inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Prepare Budgets and Reports

Prepare budgets and reports to ensure that our food service department is operating efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.

Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
