Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Trishiv Food Limited. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide guidance and support to ensure that all staff are working effectively.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, and ensure that all customers receive a high level of service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
Our food service department is a fast-paced environment that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, and to lift and move heavy objects.
