Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Twisted Food Concepts INC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting the required standards.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies, ensuring that we are operating within our budget.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have a clear understanding of our operations and can make informed decisions.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing management with key performance indicators and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance is required.
