About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mach Food Corporation O/A Fresh Burrito. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Staff Management: Hire food service staff, establish work schedules, and supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is also required.
