Position Overview

Twisted Food Concepts INC is seeking a Meticulous Food Service Operations Supervisor to enhance our team. In this role, you will be tasked with managing day-to-day operations, overseeing financial management, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. Your responsibilities will include cash management, conducting employee evaluations, negotiating supplier contracts, and maintaining stock levels. You will also play a crucial role in developing marketing strategies, resolving customer issues, and delivering outstanding service.

Core Responsibilities
  • Identify services to be provided and establish operational procedures
  • Manage cash flow and prepare financial documentation
  • Conduct employee performance assessments
  • Analyze costs for products and services
  • Ensure compliance with liquor laws and regulations
  • Oversee inventory management and enforce safety protocols
  • Negotiate terms with vendors and clients
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries
  • Plan, coordinate, and assess daily operational activities
Qualifications
  • Education: Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a related position
  • Financial oversight: $100,001 - $500,000
  • Security Clearance: Basic level required
