Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our Front of House team at The Drake. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Delivery and Expeditor: Rapidly and accurately deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' rooms and tables.
- Front of House Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the Front of House and Back of House teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Table Setting and Maintenance: Assist servers with table setting, including placing and removing tableware, eating utensils, and napkins, to ensure a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that food is served in accordance with safety standards and that guests receive high-quality dishes.
- Guest Interaction: Describe components of dishes to guests, check in with customers to take additional orders or refill water, and answer questions about ingredients and menu items.
- Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, late nights, and weekends.
- Food and Beverage Knowledge: Possess or be eager to develop knowledge of food and beverage services, including menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
