About the Role

As a ServiceNow Solutions Developer at WSP, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You'll collaborate closely with clients, business analysts, and internal teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver consulting methodologies around the ServiceNow platform, working in tandem with the development team.
  • Leverage your expertise to create end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including architecting technical implementations of ITIL processes and prioritizing development efforts.
  • Craft custom ServiceNow applications using modern web technologies.
  • Configure out-of-the-box workflows and develop custom workflows to streamline business processes.
  • Customize application fields, forms, views, email notifications, access controls, and acceptance roles to meet specific requirements.
  • Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems and applications via APIs.
  • Rapidly prototype new solutions to showcase the capabilities of ServiceNow to stakeholders.
  • Design, configure, develop, and test on the ServiceNow platform across various modules such as CSM, Service Request, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
  • Develop custom ServiceNow forms, tables, and workflows based on business requirements.
  • Support the team responsible for implementing and administering the ServiceNow instance, including managing system configurations, documenting user and process requirements, developing workflow customizations, and conducting quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development.
  • 4+ years of experience with HTML5, JAVA, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
  • Ability to build reports, dashboards, and homepages using ServiceNow or similar technologies.
  • Experience administering a ServiceNow instance, including managing groups, modifying CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, and updating existing solutions.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in using the ServiceNow Studio IDE.
  • Experience utilizing the Workflow Editor to configure workflows.
  • ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.
