Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement consulting and technical methodologies for the ServiceNow platform in collaboration with the development team.
  • Utilize your expertise to deliver comprehensive methodologies within ServiceNow, including the architectural implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, while effectively organizing and prioritizing development tasks.
  • Create custom ServiceNow applications utilizing contemporary web technologies.
  • Configure standard workflows and develop/maintain custom workflows as required.
  • Set up application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls.
  • Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems/applications through APIs.
  • Rapidly prototype innovative solutions to showcase ServiceNow capabilities to stakeholders.
  • Design, configure, develop, and test functionalities on the ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to Customer Service Management (CSM), Service Request, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
  • Develop and test custom ServiceNow forms, tables, and workflows based on specific business needs.
  • Support the team in implementing and managing the ServiceNow installation, including system configurations, gathering and documenting user and process requirements, developing workflow customizations, and conducting quality assurance and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 10 years of experience in Software Development.
  • 4 years of experience with HTML5, JAVA, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
  • Proficiency in building reports, dashboards, and homepages using ServiceNow or similar technologies.
  • Experience in administering a ServiceNow instance, including managing groups, modifying CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionaries, catalog items, and updates to existing solutions.
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow Studio IDE.
  • Experience using the Workflow Editor for workflow configuration.
  • ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.
