About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Developer to join our team at WSP Canada. As a key member of our ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with our company's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Governance: Define, guide, and support the execution of technical governance to ensure the effective management of our ServiceNow platform.
  • Process Development: Help develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model, as well as assist in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Platform Design: Support the design and implementation of a platform operating model to achieve desired outcomes and foster end-user adoption.
  • Technical Evaluation: Provide technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.
  • System Testing: Perform system and integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design and Specifications: Provide high-level design and specifications for ServiceNow implementation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
  • Technical Skills: Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and ability to build reports, dashboards, and homepages with ServiceNow or similar technologies.
  • Administration: Administration of a ServiceNow instance, including delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions.
  • ServiceNow Modules: Extensive experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, Service Portal, and other ServiceNow modules and applications.
  • Integration: Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through REST APIs.
  • ServiceNow Studio: Experience using the ServiceNow Studio IDE.
  • Workflow Editor: Experience using the Workflow Editor to configure workflows.
  • Certification: ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.
