Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Prayosha Threading & Waxing Bar. As a key member of our spa operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate with our maintenance team to ensure that all spa equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including assisting with special needs and ensuring that their spa experience is enjoyable and relaxing.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact in case of an emergency situation, and take charge of resolving the issue in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with our spa staff to coordinate activities, ensure that tasks are completed efficiently, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all spa equipment is properly maintained and functioning correctly, including computers, machinery, and other equipment.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Oversee the cleaning and sanitation of all spa facilities, including specialty and difficult items.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Supply Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked spa.
  • Problem-Solving and Training: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that spa operations run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral communication skills, and be able to effectively communicate with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Initiative and Reliability: Demonstrate initiative and reliability in performing tasks and responsibilities, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Team Player: Be a team player, and work collaboratively with other spa staff to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a spa or related environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
