Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Operations
    • Coordinate and schedule spa activities, including treatments and appointments.
    • Manage spa inventory, including supplies and equipment.
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise and train spa staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
    • Develop and implement staff training programs to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to spa clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Quality Control
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of spa cleanliness and organization.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure consistency and excellence in spa services.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a spa or related environment.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
