As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of professionals to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service.
  • Budget and Inventory Management: Plan and control budget and inventory to optimize resources and minimize waste.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies to promote our spa and attract new customers.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32.5 to 35 hours per week.
