Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at Prayosha Threading & Waxing Bar. As a key member of our spa operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our spa services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate with our maintenance team to ensure that all spa equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including assisting with special needs and ensuring that their spa experience is tailored to their individual requirements.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact in the event of an emergency, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and effective support.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with our spa team to coordinate activities, ensure seamless communication, and promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all spa equipment, including computers and machinery.
