Job Summary

The Spa Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standard and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Operations
    • Coordinate and schedule spa services and treatments
    • Manage spa inventory and supplies
    • Ensure that all spa equipment is in good working order
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise and train spa staff in job duties and company policies
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
    • Develop and implement staff training programs
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and are satisfied with their spa experience

Requirements
