About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Stabilization Central Credit Union. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
    • Coordinate and manage project teams, including contractors and vendors
    • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners
    • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting
    • Ensure project financials are accurately recorded and reported
  • Quality Assurance and Control
    • Develop and implement quality assurance and control processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards
    • Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure project quality
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a financial institution or credit union
  • Skills
    • Proven project management skills, including planning, execution, and control
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, and other project management tools
