Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving.
    • Ensure that all food and beverage products are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports.
    • Monitor and control costs, including labor and inventory expenses.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers.
    • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
