About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our restaurant.
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative and Record-Keeping
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience in a food service environment is essential.
